Lindsay Lohan Out Of Rehab [Actress spent three months in treatment as part of a plea agreement in traffic case]

Lindsay Lohan was released from a rehab facility on Tuesday after three months of court-mandated treatment
 as part of a plea deal in a traffic case.

TMZ posted a photo of Lohan, looking bright-eyed and smiling, as she was leaving the facility and reportedly headed to her stay with a sober coach for several days.

The 27-year-old actress agreed to spend 90 days locked down in a rehab facility to avoid a possible eight month jail term stemming from accusations that she lied to police
 about a June 2012 car accident.

Though she was also ordered to complete 30 days of community labor and submit to 18 months of psychotherapy, Lohan will hit the ground running following what is believed to be at least her sixth trip to rehab
